Check-in time:

3 Pm eastern standard time
Rooms will not be garneted to be ready till check-in time although we will try our best for the rooms to be available or ready early if possible.

Check-out time:

11am eastern standard time
A late check-out is available at additional fees. An automatic late fee will be charged to your bill upon late check-out.

Cancelation of reservation:

A notice of 3 day before arrival or penalty of 1st night will be charged automatically. This policy excludes special events & holiday

Smoking Policy:

All of our rooms are non-smoking & a charge of $200 will automatically be charged to your bill if smoking inside the room or the building. (Smoking allowed outside the building or on your private patio or balcony with sliding glass doors completely closed).

Pet Policy:

Our Hotel is a pet free hotel (No pets accepted)

Our Hotel offers complimentary parking for all our hotel guests.
